Adelaide’s public transport is operated by Adelaide Metro. There are a number of MetroCARDs that can be purchased to suit your needs and can be purchased from a number of locations in the city centre and surrounding suburbs. They can also be purchased from Adelaide Metro InfoCentre and Adelaide Railway Station InfoCentre. The cost of a regular MetroCARD is about $5.75. These cards can be used on the local train, tram and bus networks.
Airport City Shuttle offers a Door to Door service from Adelaide Airport to Adelaide Hotels and Businesses. Bookings are not needed, on arrival make your way to the Information and Tourism Bookings Booth located on the ground floor of the terminal in a central location. The cost is $10 per person each way.
Adelaide Metro Bus: If you wish to use public transport to/from Adelaide Airport, Adelaide Metro offers an express double decker bus service called JetExpress between the airport and the city.
Adelaide Metro also offers a convenient JetBus service to Glenelg, West Beach and the City, servicing all stops en route.
Both Jet Express and JetBus are Metroticket services. Single trip and daytrip tickets can be purchased from the bus drivers.

Taxis are a convenient way to get to and from the airport. There is a designated taxi rank located at the left of the pedestrian plaza as you walk out of the terminal. Concierges provide a safe environment and allocated taxis to passengers. There is a $3 levy added to fares for taxis leaving the airport.
